Congrats! The Bike Church in Santa Cruz, CA has been renting the same location for over 20 years. The City will be rezoning our area for taller / more dense development soon, so we're preparing for an eviction notice in the not too distant future, and ideally we leave before that happens.... Will be launching a capital campaign here soon to try to buy a shop space. We have used it for other things in addition to the bike shop, like for music and for a comedy show! Not a great pic. This place is hoppin’ twice a week.
