Hola Roy! We met in Oaxaca in the National Congress.
I don't know if you are interested in creating manuals and/or books in
spanish since almost every book/manual that we have access in Monterrey is
written in english and takes some effort to understand them.
We have the idea but not enough time to do it.

Sam,
This is so true. It would be great to bring/send newly recruited mechanics
to other shops so they could learn what the deal is. Like Andrew said, we
in upstate NY have a good chance to do that and I would imagine other new
shops would agree that this would help recruit and maintain mechanics.
