Yes, great to hear about a new space. I have no idea what you budget or needs are, but this video inspired a few ideas:
Grated floor (they make plastic floor grating tiles for sports courts, etc.)
A way to secure the bicycle in the wash
Backpack sprayers mounted to the wall filled with degreaser, soapy water, lube, etc.
Compressed air
Rag drying and dispensing
Tools and brushes on leashes
Hot (solar?) water

We don't have any bike washing stations but maybe when we move in a couple of years... Looking forward to seeing some design options.
