Hello someone!  Like you, I am a person on the ThinkTank email list.  It's basically a group email conversation, except all the old emails are public.  You can check out thousands of old emails at the archives here.  You'll find the email you just sent at the top there.  There's a lot of questions about how people do things at community bike shops in those archives. People also post announcements.
