I'll be doing a presentation on shop setup at Bike! Bike!. I'll be talking about Community Cycles and how we do shop setup. We're good at some things and not so good at others. One thing we struggle with is storing drop handle bars. Meanwhile we've finally figured out to handle tires effectively.
