We have a webstore on Lightspeed https://shop.bikeworks.org/ that we put up at the end of March after we closed for a few weeks because of COVID-19.  it is tied with our inventory.   And we use ebay once in a while for special parts and a few times for really special bikes.

On the webstore, All bikes are pick-up only with no test riding but they can be returned within 30 days.  We are going to start a shipping option all other items soon- currently they are also pick up only.

Organizations and stores here cannot sell on craigslist.

We post both in the local Craisglist and Facebook Buy-Sell groups. The craigslist posting also works as our inventory listing, as we use that link to share what's available. Unfortunately it's empty now, since we've got nothing ready to sell today!
We're also just using our website e-commerce site and PayPal for Point of Sale (POS). A bit clumsy but we get all the contact info for customers.

Does any one have suggestions for selling bikes online?

Using eBay or another format?  An ecommerce platform?  Using local pickup.

Thanks for setting up the meeting and the thought provoking content.

Our local trails group developed the attached document for bicycle
retailers in conjunction with the SLCo Health Department.

Thanks for your great work.
