Wow. That's amazing. We pay $1.10 per square foot for a ~1,100 sq ft space. Guess that's California for you. We have the option to expand into the back storeroom next door, but we're not sure if we want it/need it.
We are paying a negotiated $350/month for ~1600 sq. ft. of an old auto mechanic
shop built into the side of a hill. It's underneath our friends' art warehouse space.
We also have a small yard of outside storage for our Earn-A-Bike program, as
well as outdoor work space.
Our rate is well below market average/sq. ft. in our area.
