I just sent an email to thethinktank-owner@lists.bikecollectives.org, which should go directly to the current owner. I think it's Jonathan (bike@bikelover.org) but I'm not 100% certian.

In this case, the quickest way is for an admin to block the sender. All this spam is from just one address.
