Hello there, Here are some news for those who wants to plan bike holidays in Europe
So, this year is the tenth anniversary of the Ciemmona, from 31st May to June 2nd. To be confirmed but as Adam mentionned a Cyclocamp might take place the week before the Ciemonna. http://www.ciemmona.org/en/
Just the time to cycle Italy northwards and over the Alps to Grenoble, uN p'Tit véLo dAnS La Tête organise its bike festival. http://www.ptitvelo.net/ We don't even have a proper name for the event yet but we have dates : from the 11th to the 15th of June.
So, from the 16th of June to the 5th of July, we'll have plenty of time to cycle altogether down to Marseille to join the Vélorution Universelle, "the French Critical Mass of the year", which will take place from the 5th till the 7th of July. :) Check the link above to get to know how to get there and book a square meter of sand to pitch your tent on the beach. http://velorutionuniverselle.org/articles/
