Bikes Together is searching for an Interim Executive Director!

The Interim Executive Director will be tasked with providing strong leadership, organizational and operational stability in a time of transition, requiring a highly adaptable, organized, and strategic mindset. This person will be community-focused, operationally-oriented, and moved to make bicycle transportation, recreation and mechanics accessible to people who are usually excluded because of race, class, and/or gender. The Interim Executive Director will oversee budgeting, ongoing fundraising, lead staff, strategy, and improve operations of our unique nonprofit. This individual will be supported by an active board and staff in our collective efforts to grow capacity, build sustainability, prioritize equity, and deepen our impact
