The Lead Mechanic assumes primary responsibility for providing mechanical services in the Shop, which includes maintaining quality and timely services, performing repairs and overhauling bikes for resale, providing outstanding customer service and sales, supporting the overall operations of the shop, and serving as a resource to the community.
