We are trying to figure out what the going rate for renting a shop space out. Either directly to continuing education classes or indirectly when justify grant request amounts.
Just curious if anyone else has some of these numbers...
It's gonna be highly dependent on geographic location.
Another thing to consider is that municipalities occasionally rent out minicipally-owned facilities to non-profit community-based programs for, seriously, like a buck a year.
