Boise Bicycle Project is growing, and we are adding 4 positions to our team.
The Lead Mechanic/Educator https://www.boisebicycleproject.org/lead-mechanic-educatorworks with our bike shop staff and our programs team to lead bicycle mechanic education, training, and standards for the organization.
The Brand Narrator https://www.boisebicycleproject.org/design-and-marketing-specialist is a part time graphic design and marketing expert who will innovate how we tell stories and engage the public.
The Event and Outreach Manager https://www.boisebicycleproject.org/eventandoutreach implements visions and strategies for our events and community engagement.
And part or full time Bike Mechanics https://www.boisebicycleproject.org/mechanic-position will educate and build bikes in our DIY bike shop.
In Boise, you can ride from work to the foothills within 5 minutes for endless miles of riding fun. We think it's a pretty dang great place to live.

I'm not gonna tell you how to run your shop, and I don't know anything about your actual shop culture and community impact and all that, but I immediately recoiled at:
a) The job postings are png image files so you can't select the text. Are you worried about people stealing your job descriptions? b) "Brand Narrator" and that whole job description is loaded with corporate BS language, you're going to only get applications from people willing to tolerate that crap. c) Outreach and communications is important, and it's a skill, but why does it pay so much more than doing the actual fixing (& teaching of fixing) of bicycles?
Again, sorry if this is too aggressive, but if I noted these issues, potential applicants will as well. You don't have to answer my rhetorical questions, I'm not in the applicant pool.
