Here's a dilemma. Sometimes lousy behavior goes on in the Sopo shop or at affiliated events, and it goes unnoticed by the folks who typically defend the intended safety of the space. Then sometimes that behavior doesn't get reported to staff/core volunteers until it's snowballed into a bigger problem. The lag in reporting seems to indicate that we need a better and safer way for people to let us know that something of the line-crossing nature occurred. (Let's just assume for the sake of conversation that we're doing everything we can to control for bad behavior in the first place. Obviously, that's what we're striving for and we wish it worked 100% of the time.)
Does anyone have a solution or process for this kind of thing? Grievance forms? Anything?
