Anyone have a sample rental agreement and/or waiver they'd like to share with me so I can riff off of it? Thanks!

Every situation is different, but here's one from a shop that rents lots of high-end bikes and equipment. It is redacted, depends on a second, front side (which is essentially a spreadsheet showing the equipment and participants), and you will need to modify it for your situation.
