We were wondering if any one has had luck getting "U" locks donated in bulk or have a good source for buying them. We want to get people to start using them instead of the cheap Walmart stuff. Also, we are opening our third Co op and the city asked for a business plan. Does anyone have a generic one for a bike co op? Thanks
