i really enjoyed reading the document titled "The collective effort of recycling european bicycles" found at the second link in your email, which was a write up about the 2008 gathering in toulouse

does anyone have any information about the paper by danielo and rossella mentioned in the excerpt below?

I am getting ready for a trip to France and I discovered that the number of "ateliers velos" is growing all over Europe. In 2007, Rome organized the 1st European Forum of Bike Workshops.
