Cycling Charter of Rights and Freedoms
Does anyone have any information of a charter being written up in your community that would resemble a charter of rights and freedoms for cyclists.
Im trying to get politicians to sign off on making cycling a better place for cyclists so that when people vote, they know where there politician stands on cycling.

standards that enable and support safe cycling.
- Cyclists have the right to be actively engaged as a constituent group in
the organization and administration of our communities.

Hiya.
They are indeed from LA. From this working group they have formed a
501c4 called Bikeside and are working on a couple of campaigns. One
is called "Life Before License" and is to get harsher penalties for
Hit & Run drivers. Here's the link.
