Community Cycles Earn-A-Bike Defined
Hey All, Over the past five and a half years our Earn-A-Bike program has morphed, changed and matured. We've recently put a lot of work into defining and explaining our Earn-A-Bike program. Our hopes are that anyone could read this and have a full understanding of how the program works.

Rich, Nice work. We intend to make a grant funded earn-a-bike program one day, but it would definitely stretch our thin resources too much right now.
For possible volunteer jobs, you list: advocacy, grantwriting/fundraising, bookkeeping, handyman, office work, event planning, learning bike mechanics, helping with youth programs. I'd be to see a few of these broken down a bit more (their scope / "what would I actually do when I walk in the door" kind of bullet points". As a teen volunteer it would be helpful, but also as a shop director I'm always wondering what sort of roles to make available for volunteers. This could be a list discussion too: other than teaching, what are your other main volunteer roles and their scope?
