I'm a new (6 months) director of Phoenix Bikes, the youth shop in Arlington, VA. Was wondering how other shops track and measure youth time and progress as they go through your programs. I'm specifically interested in what software you use that can generate decent reports and spreadsheets. I looked in the Wiki but didn't see this topic addressed.

Hi Harry!
You might want to look into Freehub, which is described as: "a system developed by the San Francisco Bike Kitchen and shared with other community bike shops to manage members and track patron visits."
Online: http://freehub.bikekitchen.org/ More information: https://github.com/asalant/freehub/wiki
Cheers, D.

Hi Henry,
Would it be possible to keep me updated on whatever feedback you get from your question? I'm also trying to set in place a rigorous system for tracking at a not-for-profit in Toronto, called Charlie's FreeWheels.
Thanks! Katherine
