Some friends and I are entering a project design competition and we need as much feedback as we can get in the next week or so. The idea involves improving the financial sustainability of community bike projects. He is the one who presented Madison, WI as a candidate host in Tijuana. When he was at freewheel they won a prize for their scheme seller ng bikes through eBay, that's how they built up their coop.
