These activities include, but are not limited to, hiring and firing of staff, selection of volunteers, selection of vendors, and provision of services.

It's not particularly comprehensive, but we didn't want to use something that looked like the boilerplate text.

Not sure if this helps, but this is our employee manual we had to draft for insurance. A lawyer on our board specifically drafted the consent forms at the bottom to make sure they held up for liability.
