Hi everyone,
I am currently working on a mentorship program to get cyclists to mentor non-cyclists. The goal is the encourage peer to peer learning, and the focus is on getting people into riding, not necessarily mechanics.
Has anyone worked on anything similar?
Thank you,
Jen
