The easiest for Free Cycles is to place an order about once every 2 months with one of our local retail shops. One shop gives us their bulk rate, the other bulk plus 10%. They call us when the order comes in and we write them a check. I like it because we do not have to worry about being at the shop when the order comes in and we support the local shops (or rather they get to support us).

We usually order some tools, patches, lube and grease. The only 'part' we order new is cables and housing. The one other part we are usually short on is 27" tires. Lots of people go and buy new ones.
