It's worth trying to contact the few community bike shops listed on the wiki:
https://www.bikecollectives.org/wiki/index.php?title=Doe-het-zelf_Werkplaats https://www.bikecollectives.org/wiki/index.php?title=Community_Bicycle_Organ...
I'm 100% certain there are more -- someone from Cologne Bike Kitchen came and visited our shop a few years ago. Apparently in Germany most community bike shops are called "Bike Kitchens", so just searching "bike kitchen" and a city name may bring up results.

Actually in France you'll find more bike coops via L'heureux cyclage:
https://www.heureux-cyclage.org/?lang=en
It's the French equivalent of bike collectives.

Wow. That website is lovely!
So cool to see other countries doing similar things. I wonder if L'heureux Cyclage has staff, is a non - profit, or if it's a community/volunteer effort like bikebike or the bike collective wiki.

Bonjour Julien,
Not sure if you are on this list but could you please answer the question below about L'Heureux Cyclage?
Hope you are doing well.
Thanks both! Hugs Kieran! We will look into that.
