We'd really appreciate any data, information, stories and so forth on the impact, outcomes and outputs of other bike cooperatives, collectives, earn-a-bike and youth education/repair programs, especially with regard to the medium and long-term (please indicate the period of time since medium and long-term is open to interpretation).

Hey everyone. I don't have specific detail abt the impact, outputs and outcomes of the shop at which I volunteer, but I am a grant systems administrator and I coach organizations on writing grants and setting goals, etc. If anyone wants any help with specifics for their outputs and outcomes or general help/information on how to set them up, especially if you're looking for grant funding, feel free to email me off list. At Boston Square Community Bikes we track three outcomes: * Number of bikes refurbished/sold/distributed (56 in 2013-2014. This includes those sold and those distributed through "work-trade" [only a couple last year]). * Number of repairs "facilitated" (315 in 2013-2014. This includes DIY visitors to the shop, repairs that staff/volunteers complete or assist with, parts sold [including patched tubes], and, even, "air" (topping up tire pressure).) * Number of graduates from our [L]Earn-a-Bike program (11 in 2013-2014).
I think this is a great topic, so I'm eager to hear from a few others.
I'll be contacting you, Wanda, offline for some additional guidance.
