Here are the four topics we're going to discuss:

A. What is the "official" BB communications channel? B. Who is speaking for "BikeBike the Conference?" C. What is the overall relationship between Bike!Bike! the in-person conference, and Bike!Bike!Everywhere the online conference? D. What is the plan for deciding where B!B!2025 happens?

Now with some more context:

*A. What is the "official" BB communications channel? *

• We have Facebook, B!B! Discord, B!B!E Discord, ThinkTank, bikebike.org

• Who is on the different channels, and why? Do they serve different

communities?

• What is the relationship between the different channels? Do they have

different strengths and weaknesses?

• Should we consolidate any of the channels?
• Should we suggest guidelines for communicating across them?

*B. Who is speaking for "BikeBike the Conference?" *

• Previously it was clear because we all decided it together the

previous year.

• How should "official" announcements happen, and who do they come from?

*C. What is the overall relationship between Bike!Bike! the in-person conference, and Bike!Bike!Everywhere the online conference?*

From my perspective, this question feels very important, because it's really about the overall relationship between (a) *pre-pandemic* organizers and their in-person organizing strategies, and (b) *pandemic-era *organizers and their online organizing strategies. It's important because right now what I believe we're trying to do is organize a (c) unifying post-pandemic* conference, using strategies that bring us together. But I don't know what exactly the right questions to ask are about these relationships. Is it:

• To learn about the origins and development of B!B!Everywhere?
• The learn about different aims and outcomes of each conference?
• To see whether they want to be independent entities or a more unified

organism?

• Or...?

*D. Finally, we should also lay out a plan for the subsequent meeting, where we decide where B!B!2025 happens.*

• I think this can be based off of our existing model of many Bike!Bike!

conferences, but we should have a consensus on:

• What is the structure of that meeting?
• What are the expectations?
• What is the outcome?
• How can we talk about accountability and how we want all B!B!

participants to engage with the event and the community?
