[TheThinkTank] P3 Grant for Students (money for campus-based bike shops!)

I just learned about the EPA's P3 program http://es.epa.gov/ncer/p3/ from someone who's been awarded a grant to create a community bike shop at Appalachian State University. Just wanted to pass the word along to folks doing campus-based work.
