To Whom It May Concern:

        The Reno Bike Project, a non-profit, community-based

organization in Reno, Nevada, is in the process of drafting bylaws. The Reno Bike Project is committed to producing an outlet that will encourage all forms of cycling, including personal health, alternative transportation, cycling activism, as well as cycling arts and culture throughout the Reno/Truckee Meadows area. Our goal is to make Reno a more eco-friendly, healthy, culturally rich and communal city through cycling awareness and improved resources. www.blog.renobikeproject.com We are hoping that some similar organizations might share their own corporate bylaws so we can get an idea of what people are using, what works, what doesn't.
