[TheThinkTank] Pay Rates, minimum hours

As a follow up to my last post, among those shops that pay people for their services, how much do you pay?

At Free Ride we pay: $15/hr for teaching classes $10-13/hr for fixing up bikes (we pay more to fix bikes that start off being worth less)

also, how much time do you expect volunteers to put in in order to be members of your group, if that's how you organize?

At Free Ride we require: at least 24 hours every 3 months to be on the collective council
