[TheThinkTank] Winter Riding Program in Peterborough Ontario

Hi All,

I just wanted to share a bit of info about a program we ran here in Peterborough, Ontario. In a city that experiences winter the way we do, it can be a challenge to encourage winter ridership. Winter Wheels was highly successful in making big behavior changes (be it for a relatively small group of people).
