[TheThinkTank] non-profits! board of directors, bylaws or charter

Hello,

Seeking recommendations for creating the Board of Directors and non-profit bylaws.

We are putting together a community meeting, with interested parties, in two weeks and beginning the independent non-profit status (currently we've been affiliated with a local non-profit but now we want to use our wings and fly)

Do you have an example of bylaws that you would share? I would like to bring several examples of bylaws to the meeting as a basis for our new document.
