Jonathan, Boulder uses accrual accounting. We are expecting to be of a size that would require an external audit and that would require financial statements to be accrual based. Receiving dollars from government sources may also require audited statements and therefore accual financials. There are guidelines given in GAAP as well as the AICPA. other questions, please ask.
