i've got some decent ones i made up from several different books, that are in 8.5x11 and 11x17 format. i'm happy to post them, but they're on my work computer. i'll be able to post them tomorrow. i'll just put them on the wiki, for anyone to use, and then post a note that they're there.
of course, if anyone else has something they'd like to share, by all means, please do.

We've been looking in books on our own, but we figure that many of you have already done the work for us, and if your willing to share, we could help pass on some great information. We're most interested in jpgs and or tiff files that you already have access to, and can either send or link to.
