As far as I know, no on wants to moderate this list. :) So the only way your email would have been flagged is if it had characteristics of spam according to Mailman. aka, attachments, too many external links, or you BCC'd the list which is considered an implicit destination. Those are the main ones I can think of. Send me the email off-list and I can probably tell you why it was flagged.
