Developing a Safe Space Policy for Our Shop
Hi everyone,
Wed like to implement a safe space policy in our shop similar to the one that was developed at Bike!Bike!. Would somebody mind resending the Bike!Bike! safe space policy? Can anyone share a safe space policy that they have in their shop or some general advice on things that work well (or poorly)?
Thanks!

I don't have one handy, But in Davis they call it a Safer Space Agreement. Safer rather than safe because it's a goal, something to be always worked on. Agreement rather than policy because by entering the shop you agree to contribute to a safer space. On Oct 10, 2014 10:51 AM, "Andy Bakker" andy.bakker@velocitycoop.org wrote:

Iirc, we discussed it previously, so check the archives and wiki.
IMHO, all the places (4+) I've been involved with could use one, many times because technical/ mechanical skill is inversely proportional to ability to relate to carbon based life forms...
typing impaired by device, so phlat.
