Hi All,
There has been a call from our board of directors to produce a shop proceedures manual. This would include everything from opening and closing to running payroll. I am curious if anyone has an example of a shop proceedure manual they would be up for sharing?

I'm sure a few shops out there have some more up to date resources but there is quite a bit on the wiki currently: http://www.bikecollectives.org/wiki/index.php?search=manual&fulltext=Sea.... If anyone has newer manuals, it would probably be best to add them to the wiki are share from there (if you're willing to make the manual public).
