Greetings from across the Pond!

I’m writing from the Broken Spoke Bike Co-op, based in Oxford, UK. At the moment we’re doing a review of our business plan and some of our core activities (especially those that do/don’t make money), and I was wondering if any other shops produce an annual report with a breakdown of their programming? In particular we’re interested in how well a repair/servicing arm financially supports less lucrative activities (or not!).
