Hi… I’m with the Lansing Bike Co-op. We want to develop a Conflict Resolution policy. So far all we have to look at is from Housing Co-ops. Do any bike orgs have a policy we can look at? Ideally it would also integrate w our Safe(r) Space policy. Ideally it would have various options for resolution and degrees of consequences. Thanks! Jeff Potter
