Urban Bike Project of Wilmington, DE is growing and we need to get better policies in place for addressing HR and Compensation issues. As a member of the Board of Directors and an active volunteer I'm charged with developing some policies, procedures and guidelines for managing employees, including roles and responsibilities of Board members and the Executive Director.
