bulk service/repair contracts

Hey folks! I'm looking at drawing up an annual tune-up/repair contract with a school division for their 80 bike fleet and I've never written up anything like this previously. I couldn't find any examples of bulk repair contracts on thinktank and am wondering if anyone has an example document I can riff off of, or experience around this. I imagine it's not the sort of thing that I'd want to miss anything important and end up in the hole on. Would greatly appreciate any advice that anyone could give. Thanks! The Shop Operations Manager oversees the daily activities that make all of the above possible for our community members, and the sales that provide funding for our programs. Displaying Freewheel & Cassette Tools, spline tree and helm pix

In a corner of our shop we keep specialty or large tools on both a labeled board and in toolboxes. For patrons new to our shop or unfamiliar with the tools, volunteers usually grab the tools. Otherwise, we keep everything labeled and (hopefully) easy enough for folks to find. Pics attached! Heyyo! I've been in co-ops where they have neat ways of displaying the various freewheel and cassette tools, like on a board next to the hub types they fit. Is YOUR shop one of these? (Or do you just have 'em jumbled unhelpfully all together in a bin like we do?)
